Not at all. We design and build kitchens, custom cabinetry and furniture (wardrobes, TV walls, display cabinets), bathrooms and whole-home renovations. We also sell appliances and fittings, with after-sales support.

Yes. Your cabinet body and doors are covered for 3 years and our installation for 12 months from handover, and bathroom waterproofing workmanship for 2 years. Branded hinges and runners carry their maker's warranty, worktops follow the stone brand's warranty, and Fotile appliances carry Fotile Malaysia's warranty. It is all written into your quotation.

Kitchen cabinets start from RM200 per foot run for a bottom cabinet in melamine, with quartz worktops from RM180 per foot run. Wardrobes start from RM400 per foot run and bathrooms from RM10,000. Your real number depends on size, layout, board and door finish, worktop and appliances, so we measure for free and give you a written quotation before you commit.

You can get a starting point. Our starting prices are on the Services page, and the planner lets you share your budget range so we come prepared. The exact price needs your measurements and material choices, so it comes in your written quotation after the free site visit.

Yes. The consultation and the site visit to measure are free, with no obligation. You get your layout, 3D visuals and a written quotation to think over in your own time.

Payment terms, including any deposit and the payment schedule, are set out in your quotation. You get to read them properly before you commit to anything.

It depends on the scope, the materials and how ready the site is, and we would rather not guess. Once the design and materials are confirmed, you get a schedule with your quotation.

Most condominiums and some housing areas have renovation rules. We tell you what your management usually needs from us, such as drawings or work details, and you apply with them. Then we plan the work around their rules from the start.

Tell us in your enquiry if existing cabinets or fittings need to come out. We check them during the site visit, and the full scope, including any removal, is written into your quotation.

Yes. Design and consultancy includes 2D layout planning and 3D visualisation, so you can see the space, change your mind and fine-tune it before production starts.

Yes, and early is the best time to talk to us. Share your floor plan and timing in the planner and we will tell you what can be prepared before vacant possession and what needs a site measurement.

Yes. We are an authorised Fotile brand store, so hoods, hobs and built-in appliances can be planned into your cabinetry from the start. Already have appliances you love? We can plan around them too; just list them in the planner.

Wok cooking throws off a lot of oil and smoke, so hood type, suction and ducting all matter. During design we recommend a hood and hob combination based on how you cook, your kitchen layout and the ducting route.

Many Sabah homes use both: a dry kitchen for light prep and entertaining, and a wet kitchen for the heavy cooking. Our guide explains the trade-offs, and we plan the split around how your family actually cooks.

Of course. List the appliances you want to keep or buy in the planner, with model numbers if you have them, and we plan the cabinet openings and ducting around them. We can also supply Fotile appliances, as an authorised Fotile brand store.

Yes. Our custom cabinetry covers wardrobes, walk-in storage, TV feature walls, consoles, display cabinets and study units, all made to your measurements.

Modular cabinets are built from standard-size units. Ours are made to your measurements, so they fit your walls, corners and ceiling height instead of being squeezed in from a catalogue. We walk you through the options during design.

Send us a few photos and tell us what you want to change. Whether a partial update makes sense depends on the condition of your existing cabinets and fittings, so we check them on site before recommending anything.

Yes. Bathroom renovation is one of our core services, including vanities, mirrors, fittings and the renovation work around them. Waterproofing and plumbing details are checked during the site visit.
