Most cabinets don’t fail the day they’re installed. Trouble shows up later, when humidity gets into boards, edges and hinges. So we think about it room by room during design, before we recommend a single material for your home.

An air-conditioned bedroom and the cabinet beside your sink live very different lives. So we suggest board options room by room, not one board for everything.

Edges and finishes
Moisture usually sneaks in at exposed edges and cut-outs. We plan edge treatment and door finishes with that in mind, especially anywhere near water.

Hinges and hardware
Some doors get opened many times a day. We talk you through hinges, runners and handles that suit how often each cabinet is used.

Ventilation and placement
Air gaps, cabinets backed onto outside walls and closed-in spaces all affect humidity. We look at these at the site visit, not after installation.

Which cabinet materials suit Sabah's humid climate?
Our humidity affects boards, edges and hinges in different ways. During design we advise suitable board, finish and hardware options for each area of your home, from the wet kitchen to the wardrobe. Our materials guide explains the main choices.
Do you make wardrobes and TV cabinets, not just kitchens?
Yes. Our custom cabinetry covers wardrobes, walk-in storage, TV feature walls, consoles, display cabinets and study units, all made to your measurements.
Can cabinetry be built around beams, columns and switches?
Yes, and that's the whole point of made to measure. At the site visit we record every beam, column, window, switch and power point, then plan your cabinetry around them.
Can I add lighting inside my cabinets?
Yes. Our display cabinet projects use built-in LED shelf lighting, and we can plan lighting into wardrobes and TV walls too. Power point locations are confirmed during the site visit.
How much does a kitchen or cabinet renovation cost?
Kitchen cabinets start from RM200 per foot run for a bottom cabinet in melamine, with quartz worktops from RM180 per foot run. Wardrobes start from RM400 per foot run and bathrooms from RM10,000. Your real number depends on size, layout, board and door finish, worktop and appliances, so we measure for free and give you a written quotation before you commit.
Can I get a price from the website?
You can get a starting point. Our starting prices are on the Services page, and the planner lets you share your budget range so we come prepared. The exact price needs your measurements and material choices, so it comes in your written quotation after the free site visit.
Do you design in 3D before building?
Yes. Design and consultancy includes 2D layout planning and 3D visualisation, so you can see the space, change your mind and fine-tune it before production starts.
Can you help before my renovation starts, or before I get my keys?
Yes, and early is the best time to talk to us. Share your floor plan and timing in the planner and we will tell you what can be prepared before vacant possession and what needs a site measurement.
